These terms apply to breadboardfoundry.com (the “Site”), operated by Bread Board Foundry (“we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to them. They’re short, and we’ve tried to keep them readable.
What this Site is
The Site describes who we are and what we do. It’s informational. Nothing on it is engineering, design, legal, financial, or other professional advice, and nothing on it is an offer to do work. Any engagement with us happens under a separate written agreement.
Getting in touch
Sending us a message through the contact form or by email doesn’t create a client, advisory, or confidential relationship. Please don’t send us confidential or proprietary information until we’ve agreed in writing to receive it. How we handle what you do send is described in our Privacy Policy.
Our content
The text, images, logos, and design of the Site belong to Bread Board Foundry unless otherwise noted. You may link to the Site and quote from it with attribution. You may not copy, republish, or use our name or logos in a way that suggests we endorse you without asking us first. Open-source projects we publish are governed by their own licenses, not by these terms.
Other sites
The Site links to products we run and to third-party sites we don’t control. We’re not responsible for the content or practices of sites we link to. Our products have their own terms.
No warranty
The Site is provided “as is”. We try to keep it accurate and available, but we make no promises that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or current, and we may change or remove any part of it at any time without notice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bread Board Foundry and its partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Site, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100). Some jurisdictions don’t allow these limitations, in which case they apply to the extent permitted.
Acceptable use
Don’t use the Site to do anything unlawful, to interfere with its operation, or to send us spam, abusive messages, or malicious content through the contact form.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be resolved in the courts located there.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the effective date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
